I’ve listened (and subscribed) to JP101, but I don’t remember hearing any lesson covering all of the greetings as thoroughly as this Survival Phrases lesson does. Because of the level of detail given here, and because of Sachiko’s lovely voice, I became a premium subscriber here too.
I was really impressed with Sachikosan’s delivery of this lesson and especially the acount of the origin of the phrases and how they came to be what they are today. This is what sold me on these lessons. Thanks so much!
On Jpod, they did do a thorough lesson on greetings in the Newbie Lessons, but they didn’t explain the history of the words. Also the PDF’s are amazing help. Sugoi! I have a lot of lessons to catch up on to get into speed with everyone else. Arigato!
