Comment on Lesson #60 - You’re Welcome! by Valerie Simonton http://survivalphrases.com/french/2007/12/07/youre-welcome/#comment-164 Wed, 02 Sep 2009 21:36:09 +0000 http://survivalphrases.com/french/2007/12/07/youre-welcome/#comment-164 I really appreciate the clear audio and the concise way in which the words are broken down by syilables. For the most part I think I'm doing well following the pronunciation of the French words except for the French letter "r" as in "nothing" in the phrase, "Your welcome." I've listened to this lesson over and over, and I'm still not getting it right. Just my lack of mastering this one letter is discouraging me. http://survivalphrases.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_cry.gif I really appreciate the clear audio and the concise way in which the words are broken down by syilables. I had up to now been using "lentement". Obviously doucement is more polite than lentement! Merci beaucoup, encore, Francis D'Astoli. Thanks for the tip about “doucement”. Comment on Lesson #60 - Parting greetings (Goodbye) by Francis D'Astoli http://survivalphrases.com/french/2007/12/14/parting-greetings-goodbye/#comment-125 Mon, 19 Jan 2009 03:38:13 +0000 http://survivalphrases.com/french/2007/12/14/parting-greetings-goodbye/#comment-125 Merci beaucoup! I'm so glad that I purchased the Premium version. Having studied french through text books many years ago and visited France last July, it was frustrating not to have a good grasp of the fine nuances of standard travel french phrases. This is an excellent short course, and I can hardly wait to complete the 60 lessons. Once again, merci beaucoup, Francis D'Astoli. Merci beaucoup! I’m so glad that I purchased the Premium version. I'm looking foward with anticipation to all future lessons, Merci beaucoup.
